酒店整体还可以，位置距离三十三间堂很近，前台管家小姐姐很贴心是咱们中国的，唯一的美中不足就是房间距离电梯太远了，走的有点郁闷

到达预想的水平，四季酒店各方面都做得很好，帮忙叫出租车快速细致。提一下不足之处：入住前电话联系酒店，连续两天都説没有会讲中文的工作人员，入住当天有个房间未提前开空调，很热。

衞生：每天感觉打扫都很乾净
环境：位置很好，酒店设计喜欢
服务：开始服务还可以，感觉责任心没有，周二离开酒店忘记拿孩子的过敏药，打电话过去答应我们最晚明天发到大阪四季，周四下午打电话説还没发出，有再三打电话给他们才在周四的晚上送到酒店，真的是无语了，现在的四季服务都这么差吗？

整体服务不太好。下次后站在门口被问询了半天,像警察局审问似的。进大堂办理入住也没人带领，都是我自己进去，依然一直站着办理所有手续。服务配不上价格。所谓超级美，庭院还不错，房间就很一般。不推荐。

房间设施和酒店大环境没得説，一如四季的风格。但这次的京都四季入住体验非常不好！第一天晚上在淋浴房发现一只超大蟑螂！因为太晚了，只能等小朋友睡觉以后才去找前台作了简单处理，并要求他们核实看看能不能第二天换房间！第二天早餐的时候，服务员拿给我的餐具居然是脏的！
客服部派出一位讲国语的客服人员来处理蟑螂事件，简单説明来意后説让我们吃完早餐后去前台找她，然后去了却是另外一位同胞接待的，説带我们去看一下另外的房间，全程没有笑脸，在回答我们问题的时候也是一副不耐烦的语气！我们本来也没打算怎么样，但真的是被她给气到了，所以就质问她，我们目前为止没有感受到酒店的任何处理问题的态度！她反而一副高高在上的姿态説我们已经答应给你们换房间了，而且房间的景色更好！
真的是颠覆了四季酒店在我心目中的高大上形象！而且这还是在日本的四季！太让人失望了！以后坚决不住京都四季了

The hotel is nice. However, the weather was not so good. The hotel is not too far from Kyoto station but not close to any major attractions by walking. ? Terrence is comfortable with a nice view over the garden and Japanese not call amenities. ??Maiko performance are available on Tuesdays and Sundays. Food is good. ?
