连普通酒店都不如，有史以来住过最小气、最抠门的酒店。一、酒店不放一次性拖鞋，打电话到前台才会送过来。二、酒店不主动告知早餐时间、早餐地点、退房时间。三、电视画面都是雪花，找人来修以后，变成电视喇叭有问题。四、厕所的马桶水很小，上个小号一张纸都冲不下去，原来抽水地方被放进一瓶矿泉水增加水位。五、空调开了两个钟房间都是29度，找人来修终于喜大奔普降到28度。提出换房无果。最后酒店说空调开放时间是7：30-22：30 Exo Me?!建议我们开窗说晚上会凉，但是窗只开得了一个拳头大小的缝。最后服务员给送来了落地扇～真是感谢贵“四星”酒店让我体验到了在酒店房间蒸桑拿+吹风扇的人生第一次……网上那些好评都是冬天来住的吧？？？后悔没订比这里多二三十块的其他几间酒店或者城市便捷雅斯特等。
