  我住的衣架坏了，酒店查房给我留了赔偿单。后来找到了他们酒店经理进行了沟通，事情圆满解决。服务应该是莱芜比较好的了，硬件也可以跟馨佰媲美。不过就是没有台灯想晚上办公就很困难了

  房间条件不错，很大，设施很新。卫生间热水很好 早餐品种比较单调，早上8点多去的时候东西都凉了，在我们的要求下才重新加热的

  酒店给人一种很温馨的感觉，总体感觉很不错，比很多三星、四星的酒店强多了，就是最多只能下午一点退房有点遗憾。
