前台服务很差，要100块钱押金还不给收据。要收据还说不信任他们，不用要收据 。大家很少要收据的。这家很不正规。要了押金还不给收据请问对你们的信任从何而来？给我收据时还猛摔。说给我个好点的房间，她说我订的就是普通的。一点服务意识都没有。态度恶劣。

酒店与携程上的图片完全不符 ，酒店前台接待态度非常差 还骂我有病 奇葩，床单上有血 还说我弄的 ， 给你们经理看的（我晚上进房间 没上床 我先洗的澡 洗完澡 掀开被子一看有血，我就先携程客服，携程客服说让我换一件房间， 我一看都11点半 了 不用换了 都是做买卖的都不容易，结果是这样。。。）
