前台和客房工作人员很和善，服务很到位，莱西最好的酒店了，房间的设施也很齐全，给我的房间带浴缸，地毯踩上去软软的很舒服，房间有个很大的落地窗，可以看见月湖全景。卫生很干净，良心酒店👍👍👍这里离车站很近交通方便，开车几分钟就到了，来前一开始不知道路线，打给前台，前台叫赵晓晓的员工非常贴心的告知了我路线，跟我说从哪走高速，办入住的时候也是她给办理的，发现很好看好看😊。总之，是一次不错的旅行体验。希望能一直用心下去。

莱西最好的酒店，每次都住这里，每次都是王永慧经理亲自接待[憨笑]，都是超五星服务，亲自帮忙把行李送到房间，让我真把这里当家了，酒店23楼配备了很多健身设施，我觉着这点非常棒，房间的卫生很干净！酒店旁边就是公园，早上我都要去跑两圈。走的时候王永慧经理又给我们带了路上吃的点心，像自己的家人一样，下次来还住华玺！
