首先，这酒店应该是白石山景区附近比较好的了，环境很不错，前台接待态度一般，办好入住直接房卡给我留完事了，任何交代没有，比如早餐在哪里用，电梯在哪里。用餐时间等等，（可能因为没收到520礼物不太开心的原因吧）酒店很大，设施很不错，不过服务还真的有待提高。去过很多地方住过很多酒店，这家的服务真的和豪华型不太和谐，因为临时定的所以价格不算低，早晨的早餐如果不是单独交费还算可以，但是如果单独交费98一位就有点差强人意了。就说这么多吧，有一点很值得体，卫生间的智能马桶很不错

酒店很新，富丽堂皇，老妈特喜欢，还要去，就是白石山没开山，否则还得住一天，餐厅服务员很热情。赞！

特别差！服务差！酒店门缝比脸还大！服务态度强硬说什么也不管！垃圾酒店！再也不会来了！垃圾到极点了！酒店大堂经理还说不会管，是活该！

前台具有很高的服务水平，态度热情大方，谈吐清晰得体，而且看到情侣带着花入住，还给安排了520这样的房间号，给人留下深刻的印象，彰显了五星级酒店卓越的服务水准。酒店按5星打造，设施和卫生就不用说了，完全达标，要是洗漱用品能提升个档次就更好了。酒店交通方便，下了高速就到，院内也不错，闲时可以随便转转。入住时酒店正在装修温泉区，后院还有些乱，但相信温泉区开了之后这家酒店会更加火爆^_^
