我从来不给酒店差评，唯独这家，真的是服务太差劲了。手机导航到酒店门口，刚好手机关机，但是这酒店门口牌子是喆咖酒店，跟艺龙不是同一个名称。五于是到前台询问，你们是不是城市什么酒店，前台告诉我不是，我说我手机关机了，你们这附近是不是又其他酒店叫城市什么酒店，也告诉我没有。我说不应该啊，导航导到这里了呀，等等等等的对话，前台不是不搭理，就是说没这个酒店。最后还是旁边其他住店旅客告诉我，就是这家酒店，叫什么城市精品吧，还是啥的，到现在我也不记得名字。这前台是白痴吗？酒店明明有两个名字，就不知道吗？处理问题的能力简直为零！！！再就是到了房间，上不了网，然后告诉我，上不了那可能是网络坏了，我们维修人员下班了，没办法，修不了，就这样了。这都什么玩意儿啊！无语了，气死人！
