酒店很漂亮，房间很干净，有私汤的房间是可以一边泡温泉一边看电视。酒店服务人员也很好

酒店硬件还可以，服务意识及管理有很大提升的空间，打电话到服务中心，要求安排服务员到房间处理一下不能使用的设施，根本没人来。早餐按照70元一位收费的，但是和农家乐的早点差不多，没有正式的西点及现场制作的面点，搞点速冻面试，应付一下。早餐的种类及制作水平，可以看出酒店的水平。硬件吹的再好，其实没有内容的。最不满的地方，游泳池不开放，只能带孩子去温泉玩了，这大热的天，酒店只想挣钱，太缺德了！

交通方便，从北京走高速牛驼出口就是，酒店环境很赞，早晨散步空气非常好。房间的床品、枕头都很赞，居然有荞麦皮枕头，让睡惯了荞麦皮枕头的老人很开心。酒店房间的私汤不错。

前台妹子给免费升级了套房，孩子和老人开心极了。房间温泉池子玩得不愿意出来，交通方便，周边环境很赞。
