餐厅的菜做的很好吃，量大，温泉泡的非常爽！人也不多，有些小遗憾的是，标间定完了，只剩最后一间棋牌室！其它感觉还不错：）

工作人员素质低下，态度不好，最初要求加钱才让住，后经过艺龙协商两次才住进去。晚上酒店附近灯光照明不足，房间内没有电话，有些电源插座损坏，早晨找不到服务员，并且内部温泉价格比较高，饭菜也不好

最差的一次订房体验！到前台说同程订的房间，工作人员居然说没有跟同程合作，打客服电话才说是同程通过代理订的，好不容易可以办入住了被告知居然是没有窗户的房间，而且前台工作人员说是订房的代理电话询问过我，并且得到我认可的！睁着眼说瞎话啊，又打同程客服，给我的答复居然是赶上没窗户的房间没办法，意思就是我命不好。。。。进了房间因为是新装修的，又没有窗户，味道特别刺鼻，带着孩子根本没法住，最后果断决定直接退到旁边的建国温泉酒店住！另外这个酒店居然要求上午十点退房，真是无语了！对同程非常失望，这个酒店以后也绝对不会再来了！
