预定的时候写的有早餐 来了以后根本没有 前台还说没有就没有了 也没法 入住的时候态度特别差 从来没见过这种态度的酒店 大家与其来这还不如去别的快捷酒店 大过年的让人生气 问前台什么都说不明白 还跟我们说我不知道 我收到的就是这样 不行你就去投诉我 我不是不想投诉她 只是怕投诉了也没有解决办法 这种人依旧我行我素 只能把我遇到的写在这里 让大家入住前看清楚

大家千万不要来这家酒店 大过年的那个前台说愿意住就住不愿意住就退 一问什么都不知道 出现了问题就说我们解决不了 这种态度的人会给酒店带来什么影响不用我说 我只是一个旅游顺便入住的 我说的都是实话 想要预定的一定考虑好你能不能忍受一个给你脸色看的前台 毕竟我拿她也没办法 大过年的就算投诉电话也没有人接 只能自己忍了

老顾客了，挺喜欢这里的，艺龙的价格很给力，开始挨着电梯的房间杂音比较多，后来换了一间房，客服很好。对对电子电器方面没有特殊要求的人强烈推荐这里。

到了前台，酒店的工作人员只说没有艺龙确认的单子，名字也不问就说我没有预订上，给艺龙打电话才住上的，发展房间没有水杯，牙刷，牙膏，沐浴露等一切洗漱用品，入住的当天没有热水，各种闹心。房间只能勉强说干净。
