到店後，时间很晚了，总枱当时没人，小孩子很困了，後来来了位老大爷办理入住，速度极慢，説是定的房间没有了，给升级了房间。拿卡刷近房间时，里面是有人的入住的，当时吓坏了，後来换了隔壁的房间，当时已经很累了，又发现床品是未更换，枕头，床单上面全是头发，後来拿了套乾净的过来，留我在大年初一的深夜里更换床单，我也是没谁了????
