此酒店服务较差，特别总台服务，令人气芬的是，我增加房间，在上网预订，总台服务小姐看我要上网，马上走到里面把网上预订切断，网上显示无房，硬叫我增加了二百元向他们直接预订，我订好后，过了十分钟，网上又显示有房了，这酒店诚信很差，当客户面态度恶劣。
