I have stayed at this hotel quite often during my 37 trips to Lanzhou. The breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and proficient. My only problem this trip was that the shower only had hot water and the cold water could not work. So I hurried with my shower before the water got too hot.
The location is on a very active street with Line 1 Gansu government stop around the next corner, maybe 400 meters total. I will stay there again.

每个员工让人感到了亲切感，前台工作人员态度好，有耐心，办理完毕入住后详细讲解兰州旅游攻略。房间打扫很干净，早餐很丰盛，品类齐全，还有当地特色牛肉面。味道很不错。下次来兰还选甘肃国际酒店

房间很大很干净大窗户光线很好，床是偏硬的我喜欢，沙发也舒服，洗澡热水挺好就是玻璃门关不严，早餐特别棒凉菜有个滋味牛腱很好吃，每天一碗牛肉面吃的舒服，还有个兰州特色牛奶醪糟真不错，虽然酒店硬件老点早餐的亮点完全给弥补了，期间发了个快递前台小伙痛痛快快放前台了，一点没耽误我出去，服务真不错

酒店整体挺好的，服务很到位，前台员工很好，有问必答，客房卫生干净，第二天的早餐很丰盛，空调很给力，整体住下来很舒服，虽然设施有点老旧，但整体很不错，酒店在市中心，去哪里都很方便，下次还会入住，推荐
