酒店位置不错，在盘旋路。酒店房间设施还行，中等，不算新也不算旧。
酒店前台服务非常差，态度很差，一会让你跑这边一会儿又拍另一边，办个入住来回跑，为什么不梳理一下流程别让客人跑来跑去？入住时说可以开水单，结账时又说不能开水单，前后说法不一致，欺骗客人。还态度恶劣。
总体：不推荐，永会再住。

位置便利，旁边就是兰州大学，闹中取静，在房间内听不到大街上的噪音，空气对流，打开窗户很舒服。唯一就是房间太小了点，放了行李就没什么转身位置了。

房间小被子上有个洞，免费早餐一碗面，停车收费20元一晚，早让你着急的是退房时好多人一个前台等啊等，不够四星级酒店，性价比低。
