酒店的位置在城区酒店有立体停车场停车方便。酒店里环境不错，装修风格独特前台接待员工作效率高办理入住快房间里面干净整洁床上用品洁净无褶皱床软硬适中很舒服每个床头都有电源插座方便给手机??充电卫生间干湿分离洗浴用品质量好洗澡水????也很好因为我们不巧赶上了兰州的机动车限行日所以没有吃早餐就离开了遗憾了下次再来还会入住的推荐入住

酒店位置很好，在正宁路旁边，后面就是甘南路 吃喝玩乐都很近，停车很方便，这一点在兰州很难得，兰州很多酒店都没有停车场或者只有一个小停车场，停车很麻烦。让我印象最深的就是前台的服务，非常好 应该 一些小细节很打动人心，尤其是前台的安彦如和王菲，热情、专业，让人印象深刻，以后去兰州都会选择入住铂苑酒店。

整体服务优于很多酒店，比如服务态度，有加湿器和蓝牙音箱，每天送酸奶水果零食，做夜床，值得推荐。有待提高的几点，入住时帮忙换房间的前台服务员特意发短信索要好评，还要求加上名字；房间赠送的水果品质一般，苹果和小橘子不甜，小西红柿不新鲜甚至坏的；早上8点半开发票退房只有一个服务台能做，混乱还慢，减分

酒店真是超出预期，硬件设施可以和皇冠假日相媲美，酒店还贴心送了水果点心和酸奶，除了没有游泳池其他都很赞，特别是酒店自助餐很赞，比阳光简直好太多了
