7.17～7.18日入住兰州欢朋酒店下午一点半到达，前台小弟说暂时不能入住，因为卫生没有做好，本来很生气，但是前台又是送绿豆汤又是指导我们先去吃午餐，一下抚平了我们驱车疲劳的情绪。第二天吃早餐时，请服务小妹给切一下瓜，还体贴的送上叉子，为服务小妹点赞，企业需要这样的员工。特别提出表扬餐厅接待员杨玲红，因为她温馨的服务使我们对欢朋酒店印象更好，比起在宁夏银川希尔顿欢朋的遭遇，感觉这家服务不错哦，推荐。遗憾的是忘了拍前台小弟的工牌了，服务不错。还有就是停车录入车号，入住期间进出方便，是现代服务意识，银川希尔顿欢朋还在手工写票据阶段，出门忘了还得回去重新取单

位置很好，机场开车过来直接进停车场，很方便（网上看了停车方便才定的），免费停车；
街对面有餐馆，吃东西方便；我们订的套房里面很多“高科技”，窗帘电动的，台灯触摸型的，坐便可加热？里面有灯😃；有一意外浴袍皱皱的挂着，不知是前住客穿过还是没烫🤪。
服务很好，前台退房还卡即可；早餐女服务员们礼貌周到，做面条的男生有点苦大愁深😃。早餐还行吧。

之前朋友帮忙订的旁边的国泰，但是入住手续太繁琐，就改定了旁边的希尔顿欢朋。房间设施不错，干净。地下停车场找前台录入一下系统就可以免费停车。早餐不错，而且工作人员很热情，会帮你放好餐具，帮忙打咖啡。
