这是一家今年5月才开业的酒店。宾馆设施、房间的智能化都较一般宾馆新颖。房间宽敞明亮，家俱很新（但房间有股新家俱的味道）。马桶智能，床上用品乾净、乾燥、舒适而贴身，洗漱面盆外置、做到乾湿分离。可惜洗澡时你找不到可以挂衣和毛巾的地方。酒店停车场很大，配有充电桩，对自驾游的特别方便。酒店的早餐是该店最差劲之处，可能是节假日宾客多，服务员太少，到处可见满桌用过的餐具不能及时清理，客人在橱柜拿出的盘子还在滴水，打缺的碗也有（划破客人嘴唇怎麽办？）。菜品供应不及时，厨桌上摆放供客人自助的菜盘常常是空盘，要吃一碗麪硬是得排上好几分钟（最後我不得不放弃）。第一次看见宾馆供应的鸡蛋是煮的活包蛋（让个别贪婪的客人打包不走??），没有煎蛋。快离开时看见有茶叶蛋端出了。住宿客人多、服务员少、食品供应不及时，餐厅管理混乱。

这个酒店近黄河楼，在马路边上。有点吵。衞生服务还好。酒店10月才开张，可是洗手盘已经好脏，擦不掉的。刚入住，酒店安静，到了10点多，房间开始有好大呼啦啦的水声（後来次日退房时，师傅过来检查説的是暖气的声音），吵的一夜没睡。

本来看到酒店可以升级，就订了这家，订房时有明确勾选免费升级房型，结果到店後无法升级，我就想问问，没办法升级，为啥要开通免费升级这个选项呢，那我会员的权益岂不是白白浪费

房间设计几个问题，1、电视对着床头太近了，踏踏米床一边靠窗户，床尾是电视。晚上里边的人要去厕所，很不方便，把电视移到会客室厅，放置电视机位置就有20多公分，可以让睡里边的人出来，不会造成踩踏靠外边的人。2、梳洗台的水溅出来，应用倾斜度高的枱麪。3、早上的餐厅食物严重不足以应付客流，6点50分已经没东西吃，这是我走过那麽多城市品种宾馆从未遇到过的。宾馆客房部讯息没有通知餐厅？以至於不知道入住率？去考察其他酒店吧。餐枱的布置跟酒店的规模不匹配。

房间宽大，衞生做的很好，床上用品和布草都不错，有四星级酒店的水平。前台小姐姐服务也很好，给升级了房间，有宾至如归的感觉。酒店有自己很大的停车场，还有二十多个充电桩，对电车特别方便。酒店离黄河楼和兰州老街很近，走路就到，很方便。房间里可看黄河楼夜景。

Excellent room, spacious comfortable & well furnished. Location is good, right next to the river, though a bit far from metro station. Staff were friendly helpful & professional. A few minor shortcomings, dining room was understaffed, since it was often busy. the in room ‘smart control’ was more annoying than useful. Overall a great hotel at a decent price

A brand new hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful & friendly. I liked it so much that I have extended another 2 nights of my stay in Lanzhou.

酒店是新开的，就在黄河楼边上，周边“马大胡子”餐厅，味道不错！酒店有地面停车场，很大！自驾不用担心！
