地段不错，算热闹的。可是服务真是有问题，入住时可能和携程的价格不一样，可是我已经付过款了，并且拿出手机给他们看我的携程日程，谁知有个男的居然拿过我的手机就翻动起来，非常没有教养。然后还要我付三百押金，真不知道房间有什么值钱的。退房时等了半天，才说正常。是不是盼着扣掉押金啊？这么贵的房价也就一个快捷酒店的水平，甚至都不如，可能兰州都是这样吧，服务理念的问题。别指望有什么改观了。

处在甘肃省政府对面，这个地段毋庸置疑，周围吃喝玩乐应有尽有。 酒店服务人员打扫卫生那真叫个认真仔细，在我们要求简单打扫的情况下，仍然能收拾十分钟，这种认真态度，值得表扬。 早餐的拉面不错，配个煎蛋，味道好极了。

酒店的位置，卫生，服务都非常好。交通方便，出行很便捷。对于来这商务或者履行，是很不错的选择，携程现在真的很方便，手机也可以随时预定，而且还有返现金，嘻嘻，虽然返的不多，但是感觉非常好啊，希望以后这样的活动多多益善哈

总台的服务人员态度非常好，房间干净卫生，采光好，地理位置好，打车往周边非常方便，不熟悉当地的朋友打错时直接告知到省政府即可，张掖路店就在斜对门，距离步行街非常近，周边有好几个大商场，这个酒店最适宜喜欢逛街的朋友。第一次到兰州入驻飞天美居张掖路店，印象很好。

喜欢这家酒店不仅仅在于其张掖路甘肃省政府对面的绝佳位置，也不是因为其良好的设施，当然他们的服务和卫生很好，我更看重的是其这种年轻时尚的风格，舒适温馨。看来酒店老板是个有素质有文化内涵的专业人士，值得推荐！
