房间整洁，最重要的是服务特别好，住的特别舒心。由于疫情原因，本人是48小时核酸，出门回家需要24小时核酸报告，酒店人员同意延迟退房等待核酸报告。为酒店服务点赞，下次还住这里。祝假日酒店生意兴隆。

在兰州中心楼上，楼下就是商场，购物非常方便。经常入住在这里，销售部的马婧提前给准备好了电暖气，前台的服务员何彬给升级了家庭房，房间很大。很舒适。设施也不错 ，每次都会赠送水果，还会选择入住。

早餐还可以，品种齐全。就是有两处硬伤，酒店隔音效果差，电梯等待时间较长，优势是旁边就是商场购物吃饭都很方便。离博物馆近，不过因为旁边医院较多，交通堵塞。
