离火车站不远。一进大堂就有特有的香氛，第一印象很不错。大堂摆了很多沙发椅子，方便客人暂时休息。房间比较大，陈设比较温馨，床也比较大，很舒服。洗手间也蛮干净的。

艺龙网订的高级双床房，结果被其电话告知没有此房型了，后协调更换了高级大床房！到店入住时前台跟我们说只剩顶层17楼一间房子了，潜台词是你们反正也不能退款了爱住不住！上去后发现整个17楼在装修走廊地下堆的都是东西凌乱不堪，最重要的是打开房子那一瞬间我们发现那是个钟点房，屋内设施更网上图片不相符，设施简陋…想想就权当凑活一晚吧，我们订的是含双早的房间，第二天一早去吃早餐却被服务员美眉拒之门外，硬说我们房间不包含早餐…理论半天才将就让我们进去用餐，就奇怪了前台连客人订单都搞不清楚这业务素质真是杠杠滴！此次入住真是颠覆了我对全季乃至整个华住的好印象！

兰州的全季酒店装修设施真的很差，300多一晚不算低廉，但是那个吹风机竟然能闻到塑料烧掉的味道，往里面一看，红红的一圈圈像炉盘，怪不得头发没干，只是觉得热，是烤头发不是吹风机。热水很小，临街房间有点吵。卫生一般般。位子很好，走到火车站10分钟。
