办理入住时大堂服务员态度不热情，令人心里不舒服。最让人感到无语的，是卫生间的大花洒，小淋雨喷头竟然都是坏的，基本不怎么出水，根本没法洗澡，即使是最普通的招待所在洗澡方面都没问题，何况还是4星级宾馆，实在是徒有虚名

餐厅还可以，家人都说还不错，酒店位置比较好找，离机场很近。但是最好到了后就去办理入住，我还提前打了电话的，不知道是不是因为网站问题，酒店说的没有看到单子，到了后耽误了很久，并且房间还没有打扫，服务员说的，还要等20分钟打扫，晚班打扫人员只有2人，前台有3人，进房间时间都已经快12点半了，房间配的洗漱用品还可以，整体来说还是不错吧
