充电器落客房了，离店后催问了几次，前台总借故不去找，也不回复我有没有。太差劲了，如果是你家墙上有个插座，我也不至于用你电视机后面的插线板！电水壶三根线断了一根裸露在外，太不安全。为了生命和财产选别家吧！

服务态度极其差劲，跟个大爷一样，说真身处火车站和客运公司这样的位置，你是一个兰州的窗口，这样的环境这样的态度，我只想说太恶心了，给兰州丢脸。

位置离火车站很近，大约步行5分钟，房间无wife，可以开发票，性价比很好，值得推荐！

性价比非常高，每个房间单独的WIFI，信号不错，可以视频通话不卡。我在兰州火车站附近住过很多宾馆，WIFI信号非常好，但是信号不稳定，基本没办法视频通话。就在汽车站隔壁。爱某豪泰要便宜一半。前台服务员比较干练，周围有个小的菜市场，买水果比较方便。周围吃的比较多，不过都是面食。南方的朋友可以试试隔壁的一家卖包子还有黄焖鸡的店。
