特意在正宁街附近选了一家酒店，酒店非常不错，位置好，服务意识很好，热情礼貌专业，装修也好，早餐也不错，唯一的不足就是房间味比较大，估计装修没多久，没有进行除味

酒店位置，市中心。出酒店左转。夜市一条街全部都是当地小吃 ， 张掖市步行街。离酒店十分钟的路程。 酒店早餐很丰富。品种也齐全。 酒店服务员。都尽职尽责。 楼底下有免费停车场。

吃的好，由于楼层住的高，因此安静，房间内隔音好，服务好，早餐有疑问，自己不开口，服务员会主动帮忙协助

来兰州第一次住这里，服务态度极好，房间装修很新，还有赠送的小果盘。卫生间给的用品很齐全……总之都不错！惊喜的的是早歺环境好，品种丰富，有现拉现煮的牛肉面，做得地道精细，下次再来兰州就住这里了！

服务一直是不错的，就是地下停车场不好找，希望能加个指示牌之类的标识。被细心的服务员发现身体不适，也会送免费的矿泉水和姜糖水，很棒

酒店服务真的很好，从进门开始就有礼宾员帮忙提行李，到了五楼大堂就会有前台服务员亲切、有礼貌的问候，真的很有家的感觉。房间硬件设施并没有达到我的预期，但服务员会提前帮忙摆好拖鞋，床头摆好矿泉水，真的很加分。对了，酒店最近应该是在举办亲情化、个性化服务的比拼活动，很棒哦！！！
