前台服务非常好，客房打扫很干净，早餐每天不重样，品种丰富，拉面好吃。唯一的缺点是床硬。到兰州西站，早上七点时十分钟就到，十点时花了35分钟(24元)，这边交通不好，滴滴不是太多。
