酒店紧挨敦湖温泉和西部恐龙园，离民俗村和影视城也不远，位置还不错，但新区整体相对僻静，酒店周围没有可逛的地方。带老人和孩子泡温泉的话，敦湖酒店是一个不错的选择，很方便，唯一不太满意的的酒店办理入住和退房的时间太长，估计是程序比较麻烦，等的人心慌！酒店设施都很新，服务也挺好，停车方便、早餐还不错，就餐环境很好。

不能加床，设施好，但服务需要改进。退房后才发现围巾和孩子的睡袋落在房间，但是查完房都没有告诉我。不知道还能不能要回来了

酒店非常不错，前台值班大哥服务态度很好，就是酒店交通太不方便了。早餐因为是春节就不提了，非常适合家庭.情侣出游。餐厅那个闷牛肉非常不错，春节值班的女经理还是主管很好。唯一的就是酒店温泉水还能泡过敏了我们三个人，真是TMD想嘛??

酒店刚装修好半年，设施很好。就是房间味道大，建议酒店多除味。温泉很好，带孩子去玩，整体感觉很好。之后有时间还会去！
