房间非常小，靠近马路，无论朝哪边都有点吵。前台的服务员对业务也不熟悉，明明应该是在前台开发票，他们就是不知道。一共住了六晚，有一天起晚了想直接拿两个酸奶两个鸡蛋在车上吃，餐厅的服务员一定不给拿，说餐厅规定不可以外带，我就想不通我的早餐为什么不能带走，我又不是又吃又带，我是来不及吃早餐带一点走为什么不可以？最后退房足足退了30多分钟，幸好提前一个小时下来退房，否则赶不上飞机不知道该找谁。让他们先打水单先退押金，特别一个男服务员，这边说好的好的，这边一点行动也没有，我们都准备走了，想起来押金还没有退，又开始退押金，就不能先把这些都准备好，然后等房间查好然后让我们马上走吗？
也不能说这个酒店就一点都不行，前台还是非常热情的，房间每天有送银耳汤，有健身房，但是发生这些事情影响了大部分印象
