酒店很干净，装修也很温馨，前台服务热情周到，由于艺龙方面的失误，预定的房间实际情况和网站描述差很多，但是酒店主动给升级了房间，非常赞！至于艺龙网方面就差一些了，客服没有问题，但是网站处理方式过于程序化和复杂，作为客人，我是不希望因为对方的工作失误给我造成麻烦的，希望艺龙方面可以改进
