还可以吧，只是第一天7号晚上到的晚，结果被一个像死了爹妈似得服务员，没按订的豪华标准间给房间，给了一个小黑屋，还是类似行军床的很单薄、很低矮的破铁架子床的房间，没办法将就了一晚上！还好第二天上午办完事找了客房经理，当领导的就是不一样，给耐心的按所订的标准调了房间，但那一晚上的将就实在让人气氛！

就在入住的当晚、微信预定已经成功了、才赶过来住、结果前台说没有房子了、还跟我吵、最后气的没办法了、问前台要主管电话、或者投诉电话、居然说不知道主管电话、又说我们这会儿能不能给你空出一间房子、十一点了、试问房间没有顾客为什么不让我入住？

前台态度需要改进。16日晚年龄大一些的那位女前台是不是没有培训上岗？凡事找理由就罢了，骂骂咧咧吊着脸连骂带吼摔东西，给谁摔呢？态度糟糕的让人无语。夜里12点多还打电话到房间告诉我，上次不是她的班...有必要打这个电话吗？搞笑啊
