怎么说呢！同程非常棒，当天老公在酒店总台订房时告知已经没有标间，当时我还在赶往兰州的火车上，我看同程显示该酒店是有房的，我立即下单进行了预定，并定到了房间。但是总台的服务非常忙碌，忙到都没时间搭理我们，一个个忙的都拉着脸，完全和我住过的其他4星宾馆没法比，有的招待所宾馆服务都比这个好。
