酒店总体感觉还行，卫生间比较老旧，前台服务不错，停车场保安服务不行，一开始就说没停车位，也不检查一下，后来在我坚持下，给指了路口考树的位置，还一定要掉个头，掉头就出问题了，行人很多，保安也不指挥下，只知叫我靠边靠边，上下有高差，一踩油门就擦到栏杆上，还想就我陪栏杆钱，我没问他陪车钱就不错了

首先，非常庆幸自己在同程上选择了这家酒店，四星的酒店有这五星级的服务。从入住时的行李部到前台登记，服务都特别用心。当我在遇到一个小问题时，大堂副理李安清先生更是热心帮助，用心服务。一次非常顺利完美的旅途。建议大家如果去兰州的话，住这家酒店。
