我们一家18年国庆节期间入住，宾馆环境十分优美，庭院错落别致，树木盎然葱郁，池塘清澈，房间舒适（房间免费提供水果和酸奶，非常营养），早餐品种多样，服务工作周到（我带着84岁老爸入住，退房当天和酒店申请，给予延时退房照顾，十分感谢）。带家人再去兰州一定光顾宁卧庄宾馆。

除了院子大位置好，前台、门童没笑脸，没笑脸，没笑脸，（重要的事情说三遍）房间陈旧，毛巾破烂，早餐一般般，很素没荤腥，性价比很差。没有网络电视。
