是去参加兰马的，文华酒店一如既往地保持了独特而又华丽的格调，非常喜欢。酒店非常人性化，为方便马拉松选手，提早了早餐时间，延迟了退房时间；跑完了回到酒店，第一时间送上毛巾，还有平装水。前台的小美女们也非常和气，还有位金发碧眼的外国美女，中文讲的很好??还特别有亲和力。总之很喜欢也很满意。房间就更不用说啦，很好??

酒店管理一流，服务态度极佳，房间设施齐全，入住时前台冯梦倩主管热情专业温馨！选择入住此酒店很满意，就是围边环境待提升，步行不远处的街道比较杂乱，有的无路灯！街道标识不多，做为省级城市，基础设施和旅游环境等还是有待有大的发展和提升。

出去玩的话一般都会选品牌的酒店，这次选文华也是一样～
酒店工作人员的态度都非常友善自然，让人感觉非常舒服?( ??? ) ? ☆，餐厅的菜品口感也很合自己胃口??
特别要感谢酒店工作人员在我预订送机之后的安排，允许我可以在下午约定的送机时间才退房，送机服务也是相当不错，虽然入住时间不长，却让人感到非常顺心??，相当满意～
