6月10号从北京来到兰州，参加11号的兰马，当时得到报名成功的消息后立刻在艺龙上找酒店，西湖银峰酒店距起点1.5公里左右，不是最近的，但因为我看中含早餐这一点，选择了价格300多的这里。到了后办理入住时就问了早餐几点开始的问题，没想到被告知7:30开始早餐无法提前！！！因为参加过全国十来个城市的马拉松了，一般选择距起点2公里以内的酒店都是很多参赛运动员入住，酒店无一例外的会在比赛当天提早开始早餐，给我们带来很多方便。这家酒店没想到一点服务意识都没有，对于提前早餐好像根本就没考虑到！前台一工作人员说早上问过领导了说不能提前，说明不只我一个提出这个问题。兰马一年才一次，一年里的一天提前早餐难道都不行吗？不知道是这个酒店的个别现象还是兰州酒店业普遍现象，只能提醒以后的游客，缺少服务意识的酒店硬件水平再好也不会让人有满意顺心的旅途，特别是明年参加马拉松的朋友们别选择这里了，因为含早的价格其实很高了，却不能按需为你提供早餐。那个拒绝我们的领导据说姓马是个副总，对客人的需求置之不理，真的能管理好酒店吗？说严重点真的是给兰马给兰州抹黑啊！真的很失望。顺便说一下，房间很小，不过卫生和设施还可以。

酒店总体不错，干净卫生，装修也不错，遥控灯光，还可以看黄河，唯一不足就是电视没有机顶盒
