一直想给个出色的评价但没有机会，已经住了好几次了，以前的西兰大酒店改造再升级，我人生中第一次去的旋转餐厅就是这里，已经都二十几年了吧！落地自动窗帘，智能马桶，温馨的房间灯效观影非常好，再配上倾心的服务，无论是前台或者房间服务员都非常美好，特别是房间智能镜子更是我的最爱，洗护用品也很好用，早餐有牛肉面灰豆汤更显兰州特色！下午茶还没时间试过，你们可以去体会！绝对是来兰州首选酒店，关键是价格也亲民，而且离地铁口几十米！你们值得拥有！难得有一家酒店让我好评的如此理直气壮！

有幸体验了一下兰州本地连锁兰莓的5钻店，整体感受下来感觉到了酒店在尽可能的节省成本，作为5钻豪华真是让人一言难尽。
1，酒店客房居然在使用水洗复用拖鞋，这是我在经济酒店才看到的用品。
2，洗浴用品更是夸张，品牌先不说高不高级，居然在豪华型酒店见到了未封口的罐装洗浴用品，且瓶身黏腻，非常不适。
3，豪华型房间居然没有配备小冰箱minibar，只放两瓶矿泉水供客人使用。。
4，客房面积小，天花板吊顶低矮，房间设计又过于花哨，整体氛围很压抑。机器人送物距离房门超过1米。
5，卫生细节不到位，圆桌上明显的食物**，卫生间地面烟灰等等。
6，早餐减配到连全季都不如，水果区西餐区啥都没有，幸亏有碗牛肉面，不然都不知道吃什么。
7，wifi密码也很搞笑，居然贴在禁止吸烟牌背后，密码明显是电信的默认密码，一堆乱七八糟的数字，有做贴纸的功夫不如把密码改统一了。
还有很多不想写了，我是慕名来的，结果却大失所望，给予一个差评是希望酒店管理者可以看到，希望在节省成本的同时，尽可能保证对客的酒店品质。

房间会给升级，景观房很不错，转角房型。房间里有加湿，这里晚上非常的干，也有润肤露和睡眠喷雾。酒店离地铁站很近，去哪里很方便。

房间还不错，升级了景观大床，空间大，整体配置不错，就是厕所会有反味，换了个房间，第二天也开始反味了，算是一大扣分项吧。不过我主要是为了他家合作的健身房定的，健身房是真好。另外酒店能配个洗衣房就更好了。

挺好的，升级了观景房，落地窗很大，房间面积也不小，早餐也不错，有兰州牛肉面，还有小点心，房间隔音不错，睡的很好。好评～

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '
