除了房间大，其余设施都达不到正规商务酒店的级别。
洗手间配备的洗漱用品极差，家庭间竟然只配备一卷小的不能小，差的不能差的卫生纸，电话线是断的，马桶一大便就堵塞！
虽然处在西站最繁华地点，但兰州现在到处在修地铁，导致出行极为不便。
对卫生和品质有要求的旅客，强烈建议不要选择这里！

酒店设施较为齐备，但大唐把我的房间给了别人，还一个劲的推卸责任，入住用了一个小时，不爽。希望以后多加改进
