服务马马虎虎，淋浴房下水堵塞严重。酒店和携程之间的沟通也有问题。携程订房的时候说送的价值40元的果盘就是一梨，一苹果，一芒果加4个小番茄。退房时还说没有携程订房时承诺的免费洗衣一件的服务，总之不行!
