前台人员态度非常不好，宾馆在一个小路里，打电话问路怎么走，还不耐烦。一般五星的宾馆都是下午两点退房，就连快捷宾馆会员都是2点退房。12点退房也就罢了，连一个电话都没有通知，摆明了宰客。加收了一百多元的房费。房间的床上还有杂物。

冲着藏式去的，还不错。房间虽然不是很宽敞，但也不觉得小，就是卫生间的门和淋浴房的门要打架。空调很暖和，水也大。没有淋浴的拖鞋，布拖湿了，给前台打电话很快送来了。出门方便，比较中心，门口有公交站
