酒店位置很好，附近有百益超市，出酒店门一直向南，过两个路口就是罗布林卡。如果报团去珠峰或纳木错回来直接在北京路口下车就能回酒店，不用再到白塔。虽然离布达拉宫和大昭寺有点距离，但拉萨并没有多大打车很方便，住在这边很清静。
李经理和前台服务很热情，刚去住的有氧房，从珠峰回来还是选择住了这家，三人间可以远眺布达拉宫。附近有药店，有夜市，非常方便。
酒店价格很优惠。卫生条件不错，特别喜欢卫生间的玻璃杯，胖乎乎的很可爱。

春节去拉萨时住的。对酒店印象很好，所以除了去珠峰的3天，其余几天都是住在凯莱的。价格优惠，与内地的酒店比起来，房间的面积真是大了不少，住得很舒服，卫生间和被子都很干净。
