拉萨饭店是老牌五星饭店，位于罗布林卡路上，离罗布林卡很近。酒店院子很大，有充足停车位。房间也很大，符合五星级标准。但是，酒店的淋浴室水密封做的不好，洗完澡后很多水都渗到旁边的厕所的地上。另外，吹风机非常不好使，吹十几秒后就发热停止工作。办理入住时前台还算热情，但整体服务实在算比较差的。一是无论在哪碰到服务员，很少主动和客人打招呼。二是晚上要电蚊香时，打客房中心电话无人接听，打前台给了两个其他联系电话，而非主动解决问题。最后，我徒手打死了两只蚊子，才算没被咬。三是早餐点了一碗米线，要厨师多加点儿青菜，被一口拒绝，而且被奚落说＂你在外点菜也不是想加多少就加多少＂此话令人震惊且无语！在全国住过的几十家五星级酒店里，点过无数次的面条米线，第一次遇见如此的奇葩！

已经不是第一次入住了，这次来听前台说来了新的管理公司，确实发现比以前有更大进步。最满意的就是早餐有很大提高。停车场真的很方便又大。总之，下次有机会还会继续住。
