首先肯定服务人员的态度很好，窗户锁发现问题跟前台反应前台立即联系人去更换。但是不得不说房屋设施一般，有些老旧并些许损坏，性价比不算高。

服务太度不好，房间冷不让用空调，说我们是携程网订的价格底，根本不够三星，我订两天，第二天，打扫卫生，少给了我一条毛巾，及洗用品，找前台太度不好
