垃圾酒店，没Wi-Fi，停车场是垃圾站，很臭很脏，热水不给力。更无语的是，一个月了，我的反费还是没到账，酒店一直没给艺龙点结账，给艺龙投诉了4次了，也没用。服务态度差得不行。早饭完全就是喂猪的，难吃得要死。劝各位不要订这酒店。

真奇怪怎么会有人给好评/推荐！
硬件方面：也许当初是不错的酒店，但现在的事实是很旧并且很脏的一家酒店，不过还要说明床及床上用品还是不错的。
服务/软件方面：服务人员的态度总让我觉得自己是“做错了事的小学生”；或者是面对警察的犯人。
而且很奇怪怎么会有人说有网络呢？这家酒店无论宽带还是无线Wifi都没有，而且是根本就没有这种设施。

酒店硬件还行，头两天没有网络没有电视。第三天被告知没有房间，可我在艺龙预定的了。经艺龙交涉住上了。（期间艺龙表示如果住不上，可以补贴一倍一下的房差）。都是旺季惹的祸，全店住的都是团体客。门口有公交车直到布达拉宫，坐6站。走500米。
