第一天到店晚上九点多了，办理入住却说没有接到订单，说艺龙没有发确认消息给酒店，我是收到了艺龙的确认短信的，找了半天后来我报上订单号才又说有订单，结果没有留房，后来没办法给我一间她们五楼的刚装修好的大床房，还没住过人，很重的气味，并且床品都是刚从库房搬的新的，很大气味，当时已太晚只能将就，也答应第二天给我们换房，结果第二天起床小孩身上全是红疙瘩，我自己身上也全是红疙瘩，实至今天回家已快一个月还没有消
