酒店管理混乱！服务跟不上！房间 沐浴露.洗发水.也没有！牙具就放了一盒，梳子放了好几盒子 不知何用意！作为一家四星级酒店，要啥没啥，有些事情服务人员是能推就推，房间电话就是摆设.前台电话.客房服务电话.一直打不通！最后还是用自己手机打的酒店电话！服务跟不上，设施跟不上，不推荐入住
