在拉萨酒店招人很难，福朋也是一样，白天服务人员很少，晚间更少，普通房很小，但胜在干净舒适，设备配套标准，比客栈还是舒适很多，特别是从阿里下来，更是好像天堂。这里最好是有驻店医生，出现高反时能及时得到治疗，医生很好，教会我不死扛头疼呕吐，让后来的行程非常圆满。两次入藏都住福朋。虽然不如瑞吉奢华，但价格也是比瑞吉便宜很多。离八角街走路大概10分钟。又近又远离喧嚣，旁边还有据说是拉萨最好吃的凉粉，尝了，不算很合口味。

地理位置非常好，周边环境很安静，叫车也方便，不远处就有很多趴活的出租车。前台让人印象深刻，虽是西藏本地人，但服务意识和应对态度明显是受过国际品牌酒店的训练，非常贴心和专业。房间简单，但床褥舒适，加湿器很贴心。性价比很高，下次还会选择。
