窗帘坏了，电话里说，前台说，和服务员说，依旧没人来修。
停电半小时，没有任何解释。
预订的含早，没人给说明，等于白费了

在拉萨来的第一天，被这个酒店影响得心情全无。301房间，无wifi，空调是坏的，电话是坏的，电视放不起。靠近街道完全无隔音！！！！又冷得要死！！！更气愤的是，我在携程定的单人房190，前台只要160，对拉萨的好感度为0！！
