房间非常大，在一个院里面不临近马路，所以比较安静。装修普通，设施虽然比较齐全，但是不是很好。不过在西藏的酒店肯定没法与内地城市同等价位的比，这是普遍现象

服务不错！当时我们拿着很重的行李去到附近，打电话给他们的前台，还派了两个帅哥出来帮忙拿行李！而且门口有军人值班，感觉住在里面特放心！每天还有酸奶送。前台的两位美女态度也很好。有问必答，而且很耐心。房间也算干净。出去步行20～30分钟就可以走到大昭寺和八廓街，挺方便的。不过要找吃的小食店就相对少了点。附近都是那些卖珠子的商铺。至于酒店的早餐，我们就没机会品尝了，因为每天都是7:30才开始供应，而我们通常是6点左右就出发，所以与酒店早餐无缘。

此酒店是部队的一个老宾馆叫国防大廈，虽然酒店设施老化，但位子好，离布达拉宫，八角街，大绍寺都近，并且停车方便，有部队住军安全，总之到拉萨往此店实惠，方便，安全！

非常好的酒店、早餐丰富、特别要感谢武月情服务员、看到我高反厉害、拿出自己的红景天、让我煮水喝、房间里还有氧气、其他服务员也非常好、又续着了。因为高反就不多写了、总之好、好、很好。
