房间的wifi接不上，服务员拿了个路由器来装上，结果每次出门回来都要重新插拔路由器才能接上，很无语！

住了三天，第三天早上出门发现服务员在给别的房间配矿泉水，我住了三天没发现我们房间有，打电话找总台只给了我第三天的两瓶，叫他把前两天的补上，结果来了个像主管一样的人说是了解下情况，还说什么他们打扫记录是配了的，我说几小瓶水虽然是小事，但我的房间没有就是没有，你们不能非说有，他自己也看了，我们房间的水是我自己买的一桶怡宝矿泉水，他也答应补给我们，结果一直到我们退房，都没有看到他补来的矿泉水，水是小事，诚信是大事，留作参考！
