很差的一次体验，前台服务让人无语，开了一天车本来就很累，明明预定成功去了还说没房，刷完卡就直接把卡甩在桌子上，你能想象这是一家星级酒店的前台？还说想续房也续不了，真是呵呵！

早餐服务为零分，这是我遇到的最差的星级酒店的早餐了。早餐提示供应到九点，八点半下去已经什么都没了。因为带了孩子，告诉我早饭要收费的，小孩子额外收费30元，没早餐了又告诉我早餐免费，不好好解决问题，最后想用面包鸡蛋就打发了，令人气愤。还有，早晨洗漱到一半，还停热水了，这样的服务太差劲！

一般吧，酒店外观挺豪华的，可是房间配套还是跟不上，厕所设计不好，热水出水小，早餐也不咋样
