服务太差，环境也很差，当天人凌晨人到店了网上预定直接预定的次日的房，告诉我让我第二天去住，当时还有空房间让我从新交钱开房，说网上订的不能改

总体挺好。感谢打扫卫生的阿佳服务态度很好。但是，前台不熟悉业务，入住等待时间长，退房时间长。最后退房的时候问我可以不可以少找两块钱，我问房费我可以给你少两块吗？她说不行，但是酒店就是没有零钱找给我。我就呵呵呵了，那么大酒店，不准备零钱难道是顾客的错误？

在网上选了很久选了这家酒店，开始的时候接办理入住速度有点慢，且找不到订单，但是服务员态度还是很好的，嗯，晚上经理还特地给我们送来的水果，以示抱歉，对于前台的服务，让我们很是暖心。总的来说啊，各项服务还是不错的，酒店设施也很好，推开窗就可以看到布达拉宫。嗯，还会继续入住。还有我们在外面，逛的时候，退房延迟了半个小时，最终酒店还是很理解的，为我们延迟了一个小时，感谢，也谢谢同程旅游周到的服务。
