酒店的地势不错，离布达拉宫比较近，酒店的设施有藏族气息，整体环境不错，就是在结账的时候，总台服务员告诉我说发票用完了，让我留下自己的地址，然后保证邮寄给我，我是7月22号退得房，结果到今天8月22号整整1个月，都没有收到，期间我也打电话去问，服务员告诉我说已经邮寄 了，难道从拉萨邮寄到南京1个月都没到吗?到底是没有寄还是邮政的快递不给力呢？

客观的说酒店设施比较好，是标准3星，干净，也比较新，地理位置也还好，里八廓街不远，但是酒店楼层服务电话总是没人，而且当天入住时候被告知没有房间，我是7月下旬预定的，到入住前都没有接到任何通知说没有房间。索性最后和艺龙沟通后给安排出来了房间。
